Can i run into copyright infringement problems if i sell a poster i made online?

I was looking for a rolling stones poster online and couldn't find one I liked, so I decided to make one. I spray painted it myself and it has the tounge and lips logo in the center. Say I were to make another one and sell it on ebay, would I get in legal trouble? If so, what are the chances the rolling stones would actually seek me out and press charges, and how would I go about obtaining permission to actually do this?
