Opinions on the LG Fathom?

I'm looking into getting a new verizon phone, and I think i like the Fathom. A question i have though is that, it says it has the "android market", does that mean i would get all the same apps as a droid would? and would i be able to get the caller id faker app where i could call my friend and it would appear to come from another phone. Leave opinions about the phone and answers to my questions if you can, Thank you!
