What is the best shampoo for dry and damaged hair?

Before I have long straight. Beautiful hair. Girls in my school would envy me for having such great hair .... But then.....during summer I had a swimming lessons then my hair become all dry and damaged so I would always pue my hair on a pony tail.....and then the girls in my school said that I was a faker because I told them my hair was natural but it was bleached BUT IT WAS NOT :( I had been thinking if anyone the brand would be great .... I would like to know the best leave in conditioner ... Herbal essence,bumble and bumble . Garnier, Aussie or keratin?
