Vindictus warning error: [NGM] ???? ??? ???? ?

I was playing the game fine yesterday after the update. Now, I keep getting this warning message with a bunch of question marks. I had them before if I already was playing the game and chose to click Play or East Server. Now, it just appears all the time after the Vindictus logos. I don't know to get a ticket to contact Nexon or anything and I'm getting really mad right now.
