Do the lakers really need dwight howard or a big change next year?

Think about it maybe the bench can improve but none of those guys are 35 bynum was playing great and will only get better if anything they where tired and bored. They still have the best 2 big men a star in kobe the best bench player in odom artest and his d I say get rid of fisher or a new starting pg and one new piece for the bench cus they also have Shannon brown.
