Will Ebay give me my money back?

So I bought a basketball jersey from Ebay and it was bigger than i expected so I began to examine the jersey and found. That on the seller's pictures it was not the same material and once I checked it did have some logos missing as well as some tags. I tried contacting the seller but he never replied and I just looked at the items he is now selling and their gone, so I'm pretty sure he left. If I open a case on Ebay will they give me my money back? I already opened it but I just now found out it was a fake. I received it about a week ago.
