hiya, it as got nothing to do with your ex,as you were on a brake,so kissing your guy friend is nothing to worry about.do you love your guy friend,enough to date him?.if so then go for it,that is what he wants.but if you don't love him as bf/gf,then tell him the truth,so he does not waste is life,thinking you will get with him.its only fair to be honest with him.the only thing that could happen is he breaks friends with you,but it would Only because he can't be in love with you and know its not going any were other than friends.so don't rush into any think,till you really look at the picture,and know you could never date your guy friend.and he could never be a very close friend to you knowing its going no were.
