MY IPOD CAN'T RESTORE?

i can't restore my ipod because in screen of my ipod i see logo apple and bar underneath. i can't do nothing please help ,and when i go to itunes,itunes can't find my ipod i make another itunes it's still then same things can y'all help me guys pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee i really need your help
