My dungeons and dragons dagger-dale wont work?

it will start up with the logo's then get to the Atari logo and freeze, some times it gets past the Atari logo but then it freeze's on the wizard 101 company logo. what do i do to fix this, Ive cleared my cache and re-downloaded it 4 times, i can't get a refund, Ive used a dust cleaner to clean out the dust in the Xbox 360. so what do i do?
