Is there a site or an online application where you can upload a photo and know the photo's true identity/name?

Is there a site/online application where you can UPLOAD someone's picture you don't know and possibly find the photo's true identity? Cause there are lots of fake accounts in various social network sites, would be nice to uncover and know the fakers and the posers out there. Thanks
