My computer takes 30 minutes to turn on?

well seems like theres a problem with POST... maybe a defected motherboard to me... but I would try motherboard updates first ...BIOS etc but if they dont work I think your motherboard is defected but only way to be sure is to take it somewhere like a PC shop and ask them, Its nothing to do with windows... because once it boots past POST its run normal like it should.....
