What is udid faker in my iPhone 4? ?

I was trying to download mewseek app the cracked version and once I did I noticed I had that too. Any one? I was also having trouble my phone sort of locked or something the screen wouldn't work,like it would be on I would receive calls and everything but the screen would not work. I just restarted it but faker app ??
