What should I do if my env3's inside screen is black?

I have a blue env3 phone. I woke up one morning to find only half my phone working, the outside. When I turn my phone on, it looks normal. The Verizon logo is on both screens. Then the inner screen turns black. Nothing seems to be responding inside the phone except for the "end" button which, when the front is unlocked, can turn the phone off. I also forgot to clear my inbox and I can't erase messages from the front. My inbox is currently 100% full, and I keep getting text messages, and I can't see who from. Please help. I've also already tried taking out the battery and I don't remember having water damage. Thanks so much and please reply.
