Where do you go to scan a picture into a iron on stamp?

Me and my friends invented a new game called curb-ball and are making it into a official league in our neighborhood. we want to turn pictures of our names, sport logos, award pictures, etc into iron on stamps that we can use to iron on our jerseys. But where in the South Eastern CT can we go to scan those pictures into iron-on-able stamps *WITHOUT* buying all of these 3000$ printers and equipment?
